In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  2. Wait for return instructions

  3. Ship the item to the address provided

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.

In such cases:

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us

6. Shipping Times
Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days. Early deliveries do not affect your legal right of withdrawal, which begins from the date you receive the product.
